Field referenceGrant fields
source_url
The one official page a record was built from, and the page that governs.
source_url is the address of the notice this record was extracted from. It is
the most important field on a record.
Every claim a record makes is a claim about that page. Where the record and the notice disagree, the notice governs — it is the funder's own document and ours is a reading of it. That is why the link is on every record and why last_verified_at sits beside it.
It links the notice, which is frequently not the system you submit through. A link that promised submission and delivered a description would be worse than one that says what it is.
Shown as: the source link on every record. When absent: never. A record with no source is not published.
