elig_states

elig_states records where a programme's work has to happen, where the notice says so.

It is the most common single disqualifier on state and foundation programmes, and it is about where the work happens rather than where an applicant is incorporated — an organisation registered in one state doing work in another is judged on the second.

Shown as: the geographic restriction on a record. When absent: Not stated. A notice silent on geography has not said "nationwide", and we do not write that in for it. See also geographic eligibility.
