deadline_at
The application deadline as a timestamp, where the source published one.
deadline_at is the deadline as a point in time, not a date string.
Where a source published a time and a zone, that instant is what is stored. Where a source published only a date, we do not invent a time of day to fill the timestamp — deadline_note carries what the source actually said, and a reader who needs the hour is sent to the notice.
Deadlines move. A notice can be amended after we read it, which is why every record carries last_verified_at rather than a site-wide claim about crawl frequency.
Shown as: a date in mono with tabular figures, in a fixed format. Never as "soon" or "closing shortly". When absent: Not stated, or "Rolling" where deadline_type says so.
