fiscal_year
The funder’s own fiscal year, which is rarely the calendar year.
fiscal_year is the year the financial totals cover, on the funder's own
calendar.
Funder fiscal years frequently do not align with a calendar year and almost never align with the federal fiscal year, which runs October to September. Comparing two funders' figures without checking this is comparing two different twelve-month windows.
