Workspaces
How a team shares saved searches, alerts and tracked applications, and who can see what.
A workspace is a shared container for the work an account does: saved searches, alerts and tracked applications that belong to a team rather than to one person.
Membership
Members are invited by email and accept through a link. An invitation that is not accepted grants nothing, and a revoked membership ends access immediately rather than at the end of a period.
What is shared
Saved searches, alerts and tracker entries created in the workspace. Personal account settings and billing are not.
What is not shared
Nothing crosses a workspace boundary, and nothing in a workspace is public. The catalogue is the same catalogue for everyone; a workspace changes who can see your notes about it, not what the records say.
Limits
Workspace and seat allowances are per plan and are stated on the pricing page.
