Billing and cancellation
What a subscription costs, when it renews, and what happens to your data when it ends.
Prices and what each plan includes are on the pricing page, which reads the same configuration the payment provider does. There is no second copy of a price anywhere on this site, including in this documentation — a copy is what goes stale after a change.
What free includes
Search, and every core field of every record, permanently, without an account. That is a product commitment rather than a trial: amounts, deadlines, eligibility, the source link and the verification stamp are not gated and will not become gated.
What a paid plan adds is the machinery around reading — keeping a search, being told when something changes, exporting, tracking, and sharing with a team.
Cancellation
A subscription can be cancelled at any time and runs to the end of the period already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no requirement to contact anyone to do it.
What happens to your data
Saved searches, alerts and tracker entries remain on the account. Allowances return to the free tier, so content above the free allowance becomes read-only rather than being deleted. Nothing is destroyed on cancellation.
Payment details
Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on our systems. See security for what that means in practice.
