Tracker
A private record of what you applied for, and why nothing in it is published.
The tracker is where an organisation keeps its own notes about opportunities it is pursuing: stage, internal owner, dates, notes.
What it is not
It is not published, not shared outside your workspace, and not used to compute anything on a public page. Nothing in the catalogue changes because you tracked a record, and no page anywhere says how many people are tracking anything.
That is a deliberate boundary rather than a missing feature. A "23 people are tracking this" badge would be a signal about competition assembled from our own users' private planning, and we are not going to build a market signal out of that.
What it is for
The two dates that matter to a recipient are not on any notice: your internal deadline, and the date you decided to go or not go. The tracker holds those beside the record so the decision has a place to live.
Limits
Tracker allowances are per plan and are stated on the pricing page. Sharing across a team is what workspaces are for.
