How much money is available?
Two different figures govern a programme and they are not interchangeable. The programme pool is what the funder has allocated across every award it will make this cycle. The award ceiling is the most one applicant can be granted.
Who can apply?
Not confirmed
Source field: applicant size limitOnly the following state egg regulatory programs will be eligible to apply: Current FDA egg inspection contract states or those willing to enter into a contract in 2025 are eligible to apply for funding under this cooperative agreement. Entering into this agreement will also require a current long-term 20.88 information sharing agreement and the expectation of full conformance with the standards and maintenance of the cooperative agreement. The FDA will provide one year of funding with the possibility of up to two years of additional non-competitive support, contingent on performance and continued availability of federal funds. For ERPS, it is anticipated that full conformance of the ERPS will be achieved within five total funding years under an ERPS Cooperative Agreement, based on an FDA assessment of your program to ensure the elements are in conformance. States that have received funding in previous years are expected to be in full conformance and maintenance phase by the end of the 5th year. Future funds may be available for states maintaining full conformance.

What comparable notices state
70 recordsStated ceilings on open records in the same industry.
Among open records stored under Agriculture, 70 of 86 state an award ceiling. Those that do run:
- 25th percentile$308,125
- Median$950,000
- 75th percentile$2,091,313
A statistical estimate, not a prediction. It describes what a set of notices has published in this catalogue on the day you read it, and says nothing about what this programme will award. Records stating no ceiling are excluded rather than counted as zero, and the programme pool — what a funder has across every applicant — is a different column and is never mixed in.
