Applicants for the FADI-EDEN program must meet all the requirements discussed in this NOFO. Failure to meet the eligibility criteria by the application deadline may result in exclusion from consideration or preclude NIFA from making an award. For those new to Federal financial assistance, NIFA’s About Grants provides highly recommended information about grants and other resources to help understand the Federal awards process. In accordance with section 1472(c) of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 (NARETPA), applicants may be: State Agricultural Experiment Stations, state Cooperative Extension services, all colleges and universities, other research or education institutions and organizations, Federal and private agencies and organizations, individuals, and any other contractor or recipient, either foreign or domestic, to further research, Extension, or teaching programs in the food and agricultural sciences of the Department of Agriculture. Failure to meet an eligibility criterion by the application deadline may result in the application being excluded from consideration or, even though an application may be reviewed, will preclude NIFA from making an award.

We store the structured fields above. Clause-by-clause text from the guidelines is not connected for this record.

What comparable notices state

70 records
Stated ceilings on open records in the same industry.

Among open records stored under Agriculture, 70 of 86 state an award ceiling. Those that do run:

  • 25th percentile$308,125
  • Median$950,000
  • 75th percentile$2,091,313

A statistical estimate, not a prediction. It describes what a set of notices has published in this catalogue on the day you read it, and says nothing about what this programme will award. Records stating no ceiling are excluded rather than counted as zero, and the programme pool — what a funder has across every applicant — is a different column and is never mixed in.

Who has won this programme before?

80 awards
Awards under the same assistance listing, not under this notice.

80 federal awards on file under assistance listing 10.304, the programme this notice is published under. These are not awards made under this notice — a listing covers every year the programme runs, and awards under an open notice do not exist yet.
