Tracking sheet downloads
Empty CSVs whose columns are the fields this catalogue actually stores.
These are column headers and nothing else — no example rows, no prose, no prompts. What goes in the cells is yours to write.
Deadline tracker
One row per record you are tracking. The first thirteen columns are this catalogue’s own fields, so a CSV export pastes straight in; the four prefixed own_ are yours and we never fill them.
Download CSVBudget worksheet
One row per budget line. The mtdc_excluded column is there because the indirect cost base depends on it, and it is the column most budgets get wrong.
Download CSVAmount columns are whole dollars and date columns are ISO dates, matching how this catalogue stores them. Nothing is downloaded through us and nothing about the download is recorded.
How to use it
- Pick a sheet. A budget worksheet, or a deadline tracker keyed on record slug.
- Download the CSV. The file is generated from the field list, so a column this catalogue adds appears in the next download.
- Check the units. Amount columns are whole dollars and date columns are ISO dates, matching how the catalogue stores them.
Reads the catalogue at the moment you load the page. Free, no account, and nothing you enter is stored.
